Ottawa Special Events a multi-award winning event rental and production company. Located in Ottawa we rent audiovisual (AV) equipment including projectors, screens, speakers, LED video walls, video projection mapping, concert lighting, gobos, mobile stages, portable stages and more. Our event rental division rents tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cone machines. Pipe and drape, velour backdrops, glow bars, glowing columns linens, uplighting/decor lighting, stanchions, and red carpet among hundreds of other items. We offer full design services that allows you to see your show before it even happens!  Your vision is our mission.
